Terms + Conditions

Made to Order:
SOFEN cushions are primarily made to order based on the buyer’s selection.
Select pieces may be produced in advance for showroom, sampling, photography, or retail consignment purposes.
Standard production time is 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

  1. Ordering & Payment:
    Orders are processed securely through our payment provider. Payment is required at checkout.

  2. Shipping:
    We ship via DHL GoGreen or an equivalent carrier.
    Orders of more than six cushions may be delivered in separate shipments.
    Delivery times vary by destination and should be considered estimates only.
    For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  3. Colour & Material Disclaimer:
    Product colours may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural material characteristics.
    Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are industry-standard and do not constitute a defect.

  4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns:
    Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

    The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing within the withdrawal period.

     Exclusion of withdrawal:
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to cushions that are made to the consumer’s individual specifications (e.g. custom sizes, custom fabrics, or personalised designs).

    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
    Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging.

  5. Liability:
    SOFEN is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs procedures.

  6. Privacy:
    Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

  7. Governing Law:
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
