Made to Order:
Each sofen cushion is made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production.

Ordering & Payment:
Orders are processed securely through our payment provider. Payment is required at checkout.
Shipping:
We ship via DHL GoGreen. Orders with more than six cushions will be shipped in multiple boxes as part of one shipment. Delivery times vary by location, and international orders may include customs fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Color Disclaimer:
Please note that the colour of your cushions may vary from what you see on your screen. Differences in monitors, device settings, and lighting can affect how colours appear. Variations may occur but are not considered a defect.
Returns & Refunds:
Because cushions are made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

sofen is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes are handled by German courts.
