Shipping + Deliveries

SOFEN cushions are primarily made to order.  Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. We’ll email you as soon as your cushions are ready to ship.

Shipping Method
We ship from Germany via DHL GoGreen, a carbon-neutral delivery service, or an equivalent carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

·       Domestic (Germany) — €15 (2–5 business days)

·       U.K. | Northern Ireland | Switzerland — €45 (5 — 10) business days)

·       European Union — €35 (4–10 business days)

·       Rest of World — €75
Delivery in approx. 7–15 business days once dispatched (varies by destination).

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your cushions are dispatched.

Customs & Duties
International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy & Possible Delays
Please double-check your address at checkout. Delivery times may be slightly longer due to customs procedures, weather, or busy seasons.

Returns

SOFEN cushions are primarily made to order.  Standard cushions are produced after purchase confirmation but are not personalised.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
